SSI and Hitachi's First Synergy: National-Scale CRM Cassette Handling Competency Standardization

PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika (SSI) officially started its first collaboration with the Hitachi Indonesia principal team on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. This collaboration is a strategic step in strengthening the competence of SSI's operational human resources, especially in handling Hitachi SR7500 and SR7500VS series Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) cassettes.

The CRM cassette is a vital component that serves as the central cash circulation hub within the machine. Therefore, its handling requires a high level of precision and accuracy to maintain machine performance, minimize potential operational disruptions, and ensure optimal customer service.

The training, held at SSI Jatiwarna Head Office, was designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge transfer platform from Hitachi to all SSI operational elements. The training was attended by the Jabodetabek Custody First Line Maintenance (FLM) team, cashiers from the Depok, Dukuh Bawah, and Jatiwarna COUs, and supported by the Operational Support, Workshop, and Human Capital Compliance teams.

Not only focusing on in-person participants, SSI also implemented a hybrid learning approach by inviting all SLM, FLM, and cashier teams from SSI branches across Indonesia. A total of 150 operational personnel enthusiastically participated in the training, ensuring that Hitachi's principal competency standards and technical understanding could be applied evenly from the central office to the regional offices.

For banking partners, this national standardization of CRM cassette handling competencies demonstrates SSI's commitment to maintaining service quality. With standardized technical capabilities across the operational network, the risk of cassette handling errors can be significantly reduced, cash distribution processes become more efficient, and service security and reliability are maintained.
