Training FLM to SLM
First Level Maintenance (FLM)
to Second Level Maintenance (SLM) training is a training held by the Human
Capital Division (HCA) which aims to upgrade the skills & competence of FLM
officers to become capable of SLM level. By increasing the ability of officers
to handle problems, the acceleration of repairing ATM problems can be realized
and automatically reduce down time and the Service Level Agreement in each COU
management that has been set by the employer can be maintained.
FLM & SLM is a cascading
process in the handling of repairing ATM problems. If the machine has a
problem, then at the first opportunity it will be repaired by the FLM officer,
but if the repair by the FLM officer is not successful, then the solution will
be escalated to the SLM officer.
Knowing a little about the
difference between FLM and other SLM officers is the different scale of
handling ATM problems, SLM is equipped with tools that are more complete than
FLM. This FLM to SLM training has also been included in the ATP plan or the Annual
Training program created by the training & development unit in the HCA
Division.
Meanwhile, the FLM to SLM
Training activities for the August & September 2021 period were held in 2
batches. Batch I is held for 3 days on the 24th to the d. August 26, 2021, and
so is batch II which is also 3 days of implementation on the 6th s.d. September
8, 2021, the activity was led by Joko Prabowo, the HCA Division of the Training
& Development unit with a background as a senior engineer. The training
participants are technicians & FLM from all COUs throughout Indonesia.
Adjusting to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic that have not subsided and
complying with government regulations related to PPKM (Enforcement of Community
Activity Restrictions), the activities are carried out virtually.
The materials presented were
electrical & communication network material, Hyosung ATM machine trouble
shooting, NCR ATM machine trouble shooting, Diebold ATM machine trouble
shooting, sharing & discussing problems in the field. In addition to the
material given in the form of a presentation, Joko showed visually a video
about the handling, maintenance and repair of the ATM machine module. At the
end of the training session, Joko also gave a post test to test how far the
training participants had absorbed the knowledge that had been conveyed.
Hopefully the training
activities will be useful for the participants and be able to increase their
contribution to the company we love.
