Meeting of PT SSI & Shareholders
On Thursday, December 29, 2021 at Telkom Landmark
Tower, 41st Floor, Jl. Gatot Subroto, Kec. Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta. PT
SSI held a meeting with Shareholders in order to report the achievement of 2021
performance, the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAP) 2022 and the business
plan to face 2022.
The activity was attended by Agus Bahar (President
Commissioner), Ambar Kuspardianto (Commissioner), Yudhi Wirawan (President
Director), Joko Sri Purwoko (Director of Operations) & Moh. Adil (Director
of Marketing & Business Development) while representatives from each
shareholder are Pramasaleh Haryo Utomo (President Director of PT Multimedia
Nusantara), Tri Mulyo (Head of the Danar Dana Swadharma Foundation), Piter
Siadari (President Director of PT Tri Handayani Utama) and Warsul Anwar
(Chairman of the Swadharma Cooperative Management).
