SSI Conducts POC NISCCS at Bank Sumselbabel's ATMs
The
regulator stipulates the National Standard Indonesian Chip Card Specification
(NSICCS) as the National Standard for Chip Technology for ATM cards and debit
cards to be used by all ATM card or debit card providers in Indonesia.
The
main purpose of this determination is to improve the security of transactions
using ATM/debit cards. In addition, this implementation aims to encourage the
creation of instrument interoperability that is in line with the spirit of the
National Payment Gateway and to support payment system efficiency efforts
through reasonable transaction fees and attention to consumer protection. This
step is an important momentum to realize a payment system industry that is
safe, efficient, smooth, and reliable, while still paying attention to
expanding access and protecting consumers and prioritizing national interests.
Related
to the above PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika as a company incorporated in
PJPUR is committed to the successful implementation of NSICCS, in collaboration
with Bank Sumselbabel on September 14, 2021 located in Palembang, conducting a
Proof of Concept (POC) NISCCS ATM owned by Bank Sumselbabel.
For
the next stage after the POC and review of the results, an implementation
rollout will be carried out at all Bank Sumselbabel ATMs.

SSI's commitment to the successful implementation of NSICCS can be realized and
