MBS Team Customer Retention to BNI KCU Serang
Customer
retention is an effort made by the company to keep customers using products and
services. One form of marketing strategy to maintain the sustainability of
cooperation with the partners concerned.
In the
context of customer retention, on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 the Marketing
& Business Division (MBS) team, namely Arif Sadeli and Evin Handayani
accompanied by the Serang COU Manager, Andri Rahman, paid a visit to Bank BNI
Serang Main Branch Office. BNI Serang Main Branch Office is located at Jalan
Veteran no 49 Serang City – Banten.
The
visit was received by BNI KCU Serang on behalf of Mr. Yudi (Leader of Customer
Service), Mr. Wahyudi (Cash vault Supervisor), and Mr. Temi (General
Supervisor).
The
meeting discussed the review of the Cash In Transit (CIT) collaboration between
the two parties which has been running since 2015 by serving 10 locations.
Where the BNI KCU Serang as the employer feels that SSI's performance is quite
satisfactory and can meet the needs of cash pick up & delivery service
providers which have been quite a hassle for BNI KCU Serang. Based on this good
assessment, it was decided that the cooperation would be extended again for one
period, which of course SSI is expected to maintain the same level of service
in this new contract period. Not to forget that the meeting discussed the
potential for business cooperation that could be further developed on the
principle of mutual benefit.
