Customer Courtesy to the Deputy President Director of Bank BNI
In order to welcome National
Customer Day 2021, the President Commissioner and Marketing Director of SSI
paid a visit to Mrs. Adi Sulistyowati as Deputy President Director of PT Bank
Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (Bank BNI). The meeting took place on Friday,
September 3, 2021. Located at the Graha BNI Building, Jalan Jend. Sudirman no.10 Jakarta.
In addition to meeting with
the Deputy President Director of Bank BNI, on this occasion Agus Bahar
(President Commissioner) and Muhammad Adil (Director of Marketing) also
introduced themselves as the new management of PT SSI who were appointed
through the SSI Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
“Alhamdulillah, we have the
time and opportunity to meet the Deputy President Director of Bank BNI. Where
BNI is SSI's prime customer. Hopefully this good cooperation can continue to be
improved,” said Agus Bahar.
The track record of PT SSI's
business activities began in 1996. Starting with the Second Level Maintenance
(SLM) service business for Bank BNI ATM machines. At that time, SSI provided
technicians and spare parts for ATM machines belonging to Bank BNI which were
widely spread throughout the country. So that the BNI Bank ATM machine can
serve the needs of customers in transactions for a full 24 hours.
In 1998, the cooperation
between the two parties continued in the field of Cash Replenishment &
First Level Maintenance (CR-FLM) services, in line with the success of Bank BNI
in developing ATMs as machines that assist the tasks of bank tellers. Where ATM
machines can be placed in strategic areas and operate 24 hours to serve the
transaction needs of customers.
SSI's task in the field of
CR-FLM services is to maintain the availability of cash at ATM machines and
perform minor repairs (snagging ATM cards, replacing paper stock for proof of
transactions and other minor repairs).
Hopefully the cooperation
between Bank BNI and SSI can continue to run lasting and mutually beneficial.
