Series of SSI Activities to Welcome National Customer Day 2021
The meaning of national customer day for SSI is a moment to show care and gratitude to employers who have trusted the company to be a part of the success of their business and endeavors. Without customers who have given their trust, a company will certainly not be able to run its business properly and sustainably. Where often the conditions that occur until now are still many business actors who do not really understand the importance of customers. Complaints about services, production of goods/services and poor communication are still common.
SSI as a service provider of
ATM cash filling, ATM machine repair and cash distribution services. It has
dozens of partners from the banking sector and non-banking financial
institutions, with varied business turnover.
The SSI Board of Directors is accompanied by a marketing team, taking advantage of the momentum of the 2021 National Customer Day by communicating/direct interaction with employers. Media interaction is done by adjusting the conditions of each employer. Some are through virtual media and meetings are held in person but with discipline in complying with the health protocol regulations that have been set by the government to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic. The series of visits and meetings were conducted on September 1 – 6, 2021, according to the schedule provided by the employers.
In these meetings, apart from
discussing the cooperation that has been going on so far, don't forget to
discuss also in order to explore the potential for additional cooperation and
at the same time the Marketing Director of SSI who has just met and introduced
himself.

maintaining superior service and fulfilling SLAs according to commitments, we
are also obliged to communicate and coordinate intensely with customers, so
that good relations are always maintained," said Muhammad Adil, Marketing
Director of SSI.
