COU Semarang Implements HO ATM Bank Mega
Following up on the results
of the Cash Replenishment & First Level Maintenance (CR FLM) service tender
between Bank Mega and SSI, the Central Operation Unit (COU) Semarang was
entrusted with managing ATMs owned by Bank Mega located in the Semarang area.
The ATM Hand Over (HO)
implementation will be carried out on 27 and 28 August 2021, with a total of 8
ATM units. The distribution of ATM locations is located in the city, especially
in shopping areas and gas stations, where customers require cash transaction
services and payments through electronic transactions.

Bank Mega in the HO activity. Meanwhile, Muji's brother became the executor of
the handover representing SSI. On that occasion, Mr. Eko advised SSI to
routinely and consistently coordinate with Bank Mega so that the management of
CR FLM ATMs can run well and smoothly, and if problems arise, they can be
resolved together quickly.
COU Semarang is one of SSI's
operational offices that has been operating for a long time. Has been running
ATM cash filling operations since 2003. Currently the cover areas include
Semarang, Ungaran, Salatiga, Demak, Kendal and Kudus. The total managed are 353
ATM units owned by commercial banks in Indonesia. COU Semarang also manages
several Cash Management and Second Level Maintenance services for ATM machines.
