Makassar COU Commitment to Provide the Best Service for Bank BJB ATM
As a follow up visit to the
SSI head office, on Friday, August 14, 2021, the West Java and Banten Regional
Development Bank (Bank BJB) conducted a site visit to one of the SSI
operational offices/Central Operation Unit (COU) which manages the CR-FLM ATM
owned BJB which is located in Makassar city. The COU Makassar address is at
Jalan Hertasning VII Blok E7 No. 14, Makassar city.
The team site visit of Bank
BJB amounted to 8 people, was warmly welcomed by SSI COU Makassar represented
by Regional 9 CEO, A.M Fadli and his team.
The visit of Bank BJB which
lasted approximately 2 hours carried out several verification activities of the
feasibility and legality of SSI as a PJ PUR service provider. Operational
support infrastructure and monitoring of operational activities. Followed by a
discussion on the activities and operational constraints of the Makassar COU in
serving the CR-FLM ATM Bank BJB activities.
Currently, overall SSI has
won the trust of Bank BJB to manage cash replenishment and minor repair of 527
ATM machines spread throughout Indonesia and cooperation has been well
established since 2019. In addition to managing CR-FLM ATMs, SSI also
cooperates in managing Cash Management. bank BJB at several points of the city.
COU Makassar, which is the
oldest operational office in Eastern Indonesia, has managed CR-FLM services of
268 ATM units and 63 Cash Management service points. With a cover area covering
the cities of Makassar, Gowa, Takalar, Maros and Pangkep.
Hopefully, the BJB Bank site
visit will not only be aimed at evaluating vendors on the feasibility of the
extension of the cooperation, but will also have an impact on adding business
to the Makassar COU in particular and SSI in general.
