Efforts to prevent the spread of the pandemic have been carried out by implementing strict and consistent health protocols to communities throughout Indonesia. Then mass vaccination became the next effort.

In September 2020 the government formed a team to develop a covid 19 vaccine. Then the vaccination program started running in early 2021. COU Jambi reported that he had participated in a vaccination program following the Bank Indonesia Jambi program in collaboration with Telkom Jambi. The vaccination activity itself will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at EV Garden Jambi with the address Lorong Uka no. 14 Red Paal Jambi City.
