Rapim PT SSI : Securing Target Q3 2021
Wednesday, July 7, 2021 PT SSI held a Leadership Meeting (Rapim) with the theme Securing Target Q3 for the 2021 Fiscal Year. The activity was carried out in a virtual conference in compliance with government regulations regarding restrictions on physical/offline meeting activities and complying with the provisions of health protocols.
The Rapim event was attended by all Directors,
General Manager (GM) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Region. The purpose of
the implementation is to evaluate the achievement of the company's performance
in the first semester of 2021 and formulate a strategy so that the achievement
of the target for the third quarter to the full year 2021 can be met.
Yudhi Wirawan as Acting President Director, in his
briefing conveyed strategic matters related to the performance evaluation of
the first half year and securing the 2021 RKAP. He emphasized the importance of
cooperation, coordination and feedback from all elements of the company for
performance improvement and improvement. “One thought, one heart and one
action”
The event continued with the presentation of
evaluations and work plans by each sector and region.
Hopefully the results of the SSI Leadership Meeting
can produce the best solution for efforts to improve company performance, where
the current condition of the business world is not only facing problems of
competition with similar companies and creating cost efficiency, but the
COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the sluggish world economy.
