RUPST Fiscal Year 2020

13.30 WIB, PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika will hold the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders (GMS-T) for Fiscal Year 2020. In accordance with the provisions
of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 40 of 2007, article 78 (2) that
"GMS Annual must be held within a period of no later than 6 (six) months
after the end of the Fiscal Year”.
Adjusting to the current
pandemic situation and conditions, the GMS meeting was held using a hybrid
method. There are meeting participants present offline (physically present) and
online. The committee prepares a venue for holding physical meetings in the PT
Multimedia Nusantara meeting room, which is located at Gegung Telkom Landmark
Tower, 41st floor, Jalan Jend. Gatot Subroto, South Jakarta. PT Multimedia
Nusantara is the majority shareholder of PT SSI, where the other shareholders
are: Dana Swadharma Foundation, PT Tri Handayani Utama and Swadharma
Cooperative.
One of the results of the
meeting decision was the replacement of the company's management. Mr. M. Anas
Malla (President Commissioner), Mr. Vivin Haryadi (Commissioner), Mr. John
Yuwono (President Director) and Mr. Bambang Sapto Adji (Director) whose
positions expire in 2021. Meanwhile, the meeting also decided to appoint Mr.
Agus Bahar as President Commissioner and Mr. Mohammad Adil as the new Director
of the company.
Based on the decision, the
composition of the company becomes:
