Director of Finance & Business Development SSI Roadshow DIY - Central Java - East Java
After being appointed as a
director at PT SSI, which has a Center of Operations (SO) offices that are
widespread throughout Indonesia, Yudhi Wirawan tried to get to know the
company's operational activities by conducting roadshows to several SO offices
located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), Java Central (Central Java),
and East Java (East Java). The activity was carried out in the middle of March
- April 2021. The cities visited were Surabaya, Kediri, Tulungagung,
Bojonegoro, Madura, Malang, Jogjakarta and Semarang.
At every SO visited, Yudhi
Wirawan tried to explore business opportunities in the area. Discussing
operational activity problems and finding solutions together with SO leaders
and related teams and as well as discussing the need for operational support
equipment in order to form a common understanding of an operational office that
is effective and efficient but is still able to provide the best service to
customers.
The readiness of SSI's
operational services in anticipating the peak of transactions before fasting
until the Idul Fitri 1442 H and the conditions of the rooms and equipment,
neatness and cleanliness of the office have not gone unnoticed.
The employees welcomed the
visit positively. In addition to receiving directive and guidance from the top
management, employees have the opportunity to get acquainted with the new
director.
Hopefully the finance
director's roadshow activity can increase morale, productivity and the
cohesiveness of all SSI personnel.
