To Improve Skill and Competence of FLM Staff, SSI Holds Training Around ATM Machines
In order to improve employee skills and competencies in order to create
excellent service to employers, the Human Resources (HR) division held a
training for First Level Maintenance (FLM) staff for Automated Teller Machines
(ATM). Training is given to both new and existing FLM staff to deepen their
skills and broaden their knowledge about FLM.
The event is held for 2 days, on Tuesday and Wednesday 23-24 March 2021
starting at 09.00-12.00 WIB. Because the Covid-19 pandemic has not yet
subsided, the event was held online which was centered from the Graha Manggala
Pakarti Building, SSI Operational Headquarters and was followed from the places
of each employee throughout Indonesia.
Joko Prabowo as the Head of the Training and Development Unit became the mentor
in this activity accompanied by several senior SSI central staff. Joko
explained the name, function, and workings of each part contained in a
different ATM machine in each brand, introducing various ATM machines used by
banks in Indonesia. Not forgetting as a senior engineer, Joko also shared his
experiences in repairing every problem he encountered in ATM machines.
In training activities, in addition to FLM activities or repair of minor
damage to ATM machines, the training team played several video replenishment
stages, explained and demonstrated if there were problems at each ATM machine
and also provided solutions in handling if problems arose during replenishment.
Hopefully the training activities will be beneficial for the
participants and be able to increase the contribution to the company we love.
Regards,
