Rapim SSI 2025
Thursday, (9/1/2025) PT SSI held the SSI 2025 Rapim held at Caldera Resort, Cikidang, Sukabumi. The SSI Rapim is held every year to build morale, togetherness, discipline and readiness of SSI to face 2025.
The event was attended by key leaders of the company, including Region CEOs, General Managers, and Directors. In a cool and inspiring outdoor setting, Rapim participants discussed innovative measures to face business challenges in this dynamic era. In accordance with the main theme “Driving the execution of Bold Action to Strengthen business fundamentals and operational excellence to achieve the best customer experience” which aims to strengthen collaboration between units, align goals, and create creative solutions to support the company's future progress.
The event was also filled with various team building activities, which not only strengthen relationships between individuals but also foster a spirit of togetherness in working towards a common goal. Hopefully the results of this meeting will be a strong driver to bring innovation and the best contribution to the company.
