Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Financial Year 2023
Thursday, June 6, 2024, PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the fiscal year 2023 at the Solid, Speed & Smart room of PT Multimedia Nusantara, 41st floor of Telkom Landmark Tower.
The GMS was well and smoothly chaired by Mrs. Ariwiati (Commissioner) and attended by all representatives of the Shareholders, Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company.
There are four agendas of the GMS approved and agreed by the Shareholders and two additional agendas, namely Ratification of Telkom Regulations & Affirmation of the Company's Management Structure, namely reappointing Mr. Moh Adil as Director of the Company.
The composition of the Company's Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners after the GMS is as follows:
Commissioner : Ariwiati
President Director : Mohamad Abdul Muqtadir Srihono
Director : Mohammad Adil
