Anticipating Lockdown, SSI Prepares Back Up Operational Building
Jakarta - PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika (SSI) is a Rupiah Money
Processing Service (PJPUR) company committed to being responsible for
maintaining ATM machines that can serve customers with transactions 24
hours a day and seven days a week. Efforts to ensure commitments can be
fulfilled requires complete and fully functional operational supporting
infrastructure, one of which is an adequate office building which is
fully operational all day, Monday (28/9).
The health protocol to
anticipate the COVID-19 pandemic stipulates that if there are employees
of a company / office exposed to the corona virus, the office building
must be temporarily closed (lockdown) for at least 3 (three) days.
During the closure, the building was immediately sterilized before being
used again.
The analysis and anticipation plans for lockdowns
are contained in the company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and
Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). If there is a closure of SSI's operational
offices, the back up plan will be transferred to the nearest
operational office.
The head office is located at Jalan Arteri
Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) no. 70 Jatiwarna - Bekasi is also
preparing a backup building located at Jl RS Fatmawati D3 no. 115
Cilandak, South Jakarta. So that the needs of work units which are
headquartered and play an important role in supporting the smooth
operation of regional operational teams such as help desk units,
Information Technology, electronic key monitoring and other support
units can be met.
Capacity The spare building is able to
accommodate approximately 50 employees or about one third of the total
number of employees serving in the central building. In view of this
capacity, it is prioritized that occupying the reserve building is the
operational support unit, while employees of the supporting unit work
with the Work From Home (WFH) mechanism. The seating layout pays
attention to physical distancing.
The procurement of the building
cannot be separated from the role and support of the Company's
Shareholders, namely PT Telkom Indonesia and the Danar Dana Swadharma
Foundation, which assist in borrowing buildings and meeting the needs
for work support infrastructure and equipment. The lay out process and
building renovation work are ready for use starting September 14, 2020.

maintain the quality of services and be better prepared for any
emergency conditions that may occur, "said SSI President Director John
Yuwono.
SSI is engaged in the business of Rupiah Money Processing
Service Providers (PJPUR). Where PJPUR companies are directly under the
supervision of Bank Indonesia.
SSI is the largest PJPUR in
Indonesia with a market share of 30% and a cover area covering all
corners of Indonesia. There are 106 offices scattered throughout the
provincial capitals and other big cities.
Three types of businesses are run, namely:
Cash Replenishment & First Level Maintenance Services
Maintenance and Repair of Advanced Level ATM Machines (Second Level Maintenance)
Distribution, Processing (Sorting) and Depositing of Rupiah Currency, or better known as Cash In Transit (CIT) Services
