Induction Training by HCC
Bank Indonesia's policy regarding banking to no longer manage other than the core business has yielded results for PJPUR companies, one of which is SSI. The Human Capital & Compliance Division (HCC) conducts Induction Training to provide initial training and adaptation processes for new employees before they start working.
The training program this time was held with the concept of digital learning. Where every new employee gets a training and test module through a web application that can be accessed on a PC or smartphone. The first batch will be held on 23-25 May 2023 and the second batch will be on 05-07 June 2023. The modules provided include the company profile module, the Rupiah authenticity feature module, the FLM module and the employee duties module.
