Supervision of Bank BNI Regional Office 03 to COU Bandar Lampung
Wednesday 15 February 2023 the Bank BNI Region 03 ATM Management team visited the SSI Central Operation Unit (COU) Bandar Lampung for inspection activities. In accordance with the Cooperation Agreement between Bank BNI & PT SSI that the employer has the right to carry out inspections of service providers in the operational activities of ATM CRM management
The BNI team led by Mr. Rizal Marsuci visited the SSI COU Bandar Lampung office which is located in the Pahoman area. In this activity, Mr. Azlan as the manager of COU Bandar Lampung gave an explanation regarding operational activities and several problems and solutions.
In addition to checking the operational performance of the COU office, checking the Second Level Maintenance service of Bank BNI ATMs is also carried out. Mr. Sugiharto as manager of the Technician Workshop Unit (TWU) reported to Mr. Rizal and Mr. Ferly regarding area mapping, stock spare parts and workflow in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Bank BNI ATMs.
