Leadership Level Assessment in Central Operation Unit (COU)
In order to create qualified and competent leaders, the Human Capital & Compliance Division conducts an Assessment for Manager and Assistant Manager levels at the Central Operations Unit. This activity is held in 2 periods, the first period on July 27, 2022 for Manager level and the second period on September 7-14 2022 for Assistant Manager level.
The assessment method used is by answering the basic psychological test (IQ), Papi Kostick test (personality), and competency tests (SOP, main tasks, business & operations). Assessment is held as an evaluation and assessment of competencies that support the performance of COU Leaders during their tenure.
Later, this activity will become a routine agenda every year and be held for each position.
