Company Training & Introduction Program for the Company's New Directors
Implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) properly and correctly is one of the keys to the success of a Company. Where all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika continues to develop and improve every aspect of GCG, including training programs and company introductions that are given to new directors and commissioners of the company.
On Friday, July 29, 2022, at the Natuna GMP Jatiwarna meeting room, the Human Capital & Compliance Division held training for Mr. Feri Andajaya as the new Director of the company. As part of the training program, a meeting of the Board of Directors and related divisions is also held to assist the new Director to better understand the organization, duties and responsibilities as well as the challenges that exist in the company.
