Field Officer Skill Up Grade Training
Human Capital & Compliance Division held Training Up Grade Skill of field officers from First Level Maintenance (FLM) to Second Level. The training aims to hone and improve the skills and competence of officers.
By increasing the ability of officers to handle problems, the acceleration of repairing ATM problems can be accelerated and results are accurate, so that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in each COU can be maintained.
The training was held in 2 batches, the first batch on Thursday, August 4, 2022, and the second batch planned for Thursday, August 18, 2022.
Online training activities, led by Joko Prabowo and Aziz Baskoro from the training unit. Participants are field employees from all over Indonesia.
Hopefully the training activities will be useful for the participants and can increase their motivation to give the best for the company.
