Tips for Fasting Stay Awake
It
doesn't feel like the holy month of Ramadan has been 14 days. Let's make up our
minds to continue fasting in the midst of our busy daily activities

exercising the body will be more energetic, this is because blood circulation
is smooth and the body can breathe deeper

enough rest
Getting
enough sleep is the key to keeping your body energized while fasting

doing something or doing something, time will run fast without us realizing it
4. Distract
yourself from hunger and thirst
When
hunger and thirst start to hit, distract our minds by thinking about other
things such as planning something or doing an activity.
