MB COU Pangkal Pinang : Strengthen The Line Before Peak Season
Morning Briefing (MB) is carried out
routinely by all organizational units. Discussing operational constraints the
previous day, planning daily activities and increasing team cohesiveness and
coordination.
Likewise the Pangkal Pinang Central
Operation Unit (COU) which carries out MB on a regular basis every day. In MB
activities on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, Rahmad (COU Manager) added a
sharing regarding the team's readiness ahead of the peak session period, in
which the Service Level Agreement (SLA) must still be achieved.
The MB is usually held in the courtyard of
the Pangkal Pinang COU office, attended by all the incoming staff that day.
