Best Employee SSI Q3 2021
PT SSI gives an award to the best employee as a result of the evaluation in the third quarter of 2021. The purpose and objective of the award is as a form of motivation to improve the performance of every other employee to achieve more. This award is also a form of appreciation and an example of working well in accordance with the main tasks and functions of each position.
On this occasion, the Best Employee for the third quarter of 2021, was given to 3 support employees and 10 employees in the Operational environment. The following are the names that received the Best Employee in the third quarter of 2021, namely:

Discipline, as measured by the HRIS Application Attendance

Attitude, behavior or employee behavior in social interaction with leaders,
co-workers, customers and the surrounding environment
3.
Work according to the main duties and SOPs in force

Can be a Role Model, an example for other colleagues

Performance or achievement of measurable performance results from the
achievements of each Center
This
Best Employee will be a routine agenda and included in the company's positive
culture. Hopefully this award will be a healthy competition within PT SSI
because every employee is expected to give their best, both in terms of
creativity / innovation, teamwork, compliance / compliance and customer
satisfaction.
