Yihua Brand CRM Training
In
order to improve the skills and competencies of employees in order to create
excellent service to employers, the Human Capital & Compliance Division
held training staff for ATM machine technicians for cash withdrawals (CRM). The
training participants who attended were colleagues from Fatmawati and Depok
technicians
The
training was held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at PT. Yaksa Harmoni Global,
having its address at Mangga Dua Square Ruko Blok F no.40 Jl.Gunung Sahari
Jakarta – North. PT Yaksa Harmoni Global as a distributor of Automation /
Bangking Equipment, one of which is an ATM machine and a CDS 6060 type CRM.
PT
SSI has a work contract with Bank Mega Syariah, namely maintenance of CRM (Cash
Recyle Machines) with CRM brand Yihua with type CDS-6060 or in Indonesia known
as FT-83. This machine is made in China, the manufacturing is in the city of
shenzhen which is the technology city of China
The
beginning of the training session at 10.00 was online zoom with a Senior
engineer from China, mr. Steven, discussing the product introduction in English
of course, continued after the Ishoma training break with a physical
introduction to the machine in the warehouse by explaining the Upper
Compartment Module, namely the modules located at the top (fascia) such as:
Card reader, Receipt Printer, CPU and Power Supply Unit . Lower Comartemet is a
module that is in the Dispenser area such as: Customer exit, Transport module,
Escrow, Bill Validator to the cassette rack at the bottom. The last session
discussed the problem of Software and Diagnostics. The training ended at 17.30.
We
really hope that the marketing team can penetrate the market more aggressively
to look for opportunities and other Bank customers. Because now is no longer
the era of ATM machines, but a CRM machine that is more effective and full
function, can be used as a cash deposit or withdrawal machine. Hopefully PT SSI
can continue to compete in the midst of Globalization and Disruption
Technology. "The main capital of a company is having competent
