Gathering of Kabaharkam Polri with BUJP in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya
On
Monday, November 22, 2021 at the Tribrata Building, Jl Dharmawangsa III – South
Jakarta, PT SSI as a BUJP (Security Service Business Entity) & PJPUR
(Rupiah Money Processing Service Provider) attended an invitation to the
Gathering of the Kabaharkam Polri in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya . SSI
was represented by Joko Sri Purwoko Director of Operations & Iwan Misriyono
General Manager of Operations, besides SSI the event was attended by other BUJP
& PJPUR companies.
In
this activity, Komjen. Pol. Drs. Arief Sulistyanto, M.Sc. provide direction
that the security unit must have intelligence and prevent crime so that it is
necessary to make regulations for increasing human resources (Human
Resources)/labor, including the implementation of competency-based training,
guidelines for determining the Indonesian national qualification framework,
national work competency standardization system, procedures determination of
Indonesian national work competency standards as well as Indonesia's HR
Development Strategy including HR investment (formal education and job
training) & Increasing competitiveness (competent and characterized
workforce). The aim is to remind again that the function of PAM is to be more
preventive against any crime and to improve the competence and quality of human
resources.
This
activity refers to Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National
Police, Regulation of the Head of the Republic of Indonesia National Police
Number 24 of 2007 concerning Security Management systems for Company
Organizations and/or Government Agencies/Institutions, Regulation of the
Indonesian National Police No. 4 of 2007 2020 concerning Security of
Self-Defense, DIPA of the Ditbinmas Satker of the Polda Metro Jaya for the 2021
Fiscal Year, the Work Plan of the Directorate of Binmas of the Polda Metro Jaya
for the 2021 Fiscal Year.
In
this activity it went smoothly without any obstacles, it was enough to interact
and the atmosphere of the discussion went seriously, every point of discussion
could be resolved completely. Don't forget that the Health protocol was
implemented and the meeting was closed with a group photo. "Develop the
