Jambi Central Operations Unit Morning Briefing
On
Monday 22 November 2021 at 07.15 WIB at , Jl. Lawet Raya No. 47, Kebun Handil,
Jelutung, Perumnas, Jambi City. The morning briefing is routinely carried out
and led directly by the Jambi COU (Central Operation Unit) Manager, Ikhwan
Wahidin Alkhudsi, by providing directions regarding the job desk, standard
operating procedure (SOP) and directions for improvement in terms of pickup
services, replenishment, acceleration of problem handling, monitoring ,
administrative up to the Cash Processing Center activity process (CPC) for
better work activities.
A
team or work unit in the center of operations will be able to achieve goals
quickly if everyone involved in it has the same perception of their vision,
mission and goals. So that whatever happens in the process of achieving these
goals, it will be passed by sticking to the values ??that are embedded and
sticking closely to the company's SOPs. One way to instill value is to
cultivate a culture of employee morning briefings.
This
activity takes place with the following description:
1.
The opening greeting is then continued by describing and explaining the
obstacles encountered by the leadership and deputy leaders during operations
2.
Listening to the problems of each employee from each division and looking for
solutions to each problem
3.
Always launch a program from SSI's HCA (Human Capital & Compliance)
division, namely 5M: Wearing a mask, Washing hands, Keeping distance, Staying
away from crowds, Reducing mobility.
4.
Read the prayer before carrying out work activities
5.
Motivate employees to always be enthusiastic about work by shouting the morning
spirit
Cultural
briefing is carried out every morning before employees carry out work
activities. This briefing is very important in the company's activities in
order to conduct discussions on operational activities to achieve maximum
results, solve a problem and listen to the employee's heart that can be
conveyed by employees to superiors during the morning briefing.
With
this good habit, it is hoped that the benefits can be felt such as instilling a
disciplined work culture, building cohesiveness in a team, knowing the job desk
and SOP of each division, equating perceptions of the company's own vision and
mission, as a means of two-way effective communication between leaders.
Hopefully
