Peeking Opportunities from Using ATM Performance Supporting Technology
Technological
developments and the continued increase in digital transactions provide
opportunities to develop existing businesses, PT SSI Region VIII which oversees
Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) seeks to answer
existing opportunities as a supplement to the ATM cash replenishment business
and cash management. The development is in the form of potential procurement
and maintenance of supporting facilities for ATM machines and CRM such as CCTV,
UPS and IT.
The
addition of these devices is very crucial in today's conditions as a support
for ATM performance so that it can work optimally to serve customer
transactions, both cash withdrawals and other additional transactions 24 hours
a day. There are also several devices that function as data backups that
support transaction reconciliation activities.
