HCC Holds Digital Talk Forum
The
Human Capital & Compliance (HCC) Division once again held a sort course
webinar on digitization. The planned event will continue to be held as an
activation of corporate culture (Corporate Culture).
Whereas
BUMN Corporate Culture already has an anchor, namely AKHLAK: Trustworthy,
Competent, Harmonious, Loyalty, Adaptive & Collaborative. So the webinar
event with the theme of digitization like this matches the values ??of AKHLAK,
namely Competence and Adaptive. Competence needs to be upgraded employees' knowledge
regarding the digitalization era, as well as the Adaptive value that PT SSI
must always be able to adapt to the digital ecosystem that continues to develop
massively.
The
enthusiasm of PT SSI people to participate in the event was very high, the number
of registrants reached hundreds of people. However, the committee in the first
week of November 2021 allocated 1 session on Thursday, November 4, 2021, where
the event started at 09.00 s.d. 12.00 WIB.
The webinar explained about digital era literacy, digital revolution milestones and practicing the Google platform that is often used in the work environment.
Hopefully
this activity can continue by presenting light, fresh & practicable
materials as well as growing the interest of all PT SSI personnel to continue
to add insight into information and knowledge. The purpose of this training is
the realization of a positive Corporate Culture Activation by holding webinars
outside the context of the company's core business, enhancing employee
competence with updated, fresh and useful knowledge and information.
The
resource person, Joko Prabowo, from the HCC Division of the Training &
Development Unit, was assisted by Aziz Baskoro as a mediator. At the end of the
training session, a post test was conducted to test how far the webinar
participants understood the contents of the briefing delivered.
