Customer Visit SSI Region 9 to BNI KCU Bulukumba
Thursday,
October 21, 2021 the SSI Region 9 team conducted a Supervision activity to
Bulukumba & a meeting with the leader of the BNI Bulukumba KCU (Main Branch
Office). AM Fadli CEO Region 9 was well received by Heruni as the Head of KCU
BNI Bulukumba.
This
meeting began with a discussion of the SSI team's services to BNI Bulukumba
ATMs, which were generally considered good and received appreciation from
Heruni. The achievement of SLA (Service Level Agreement) and other services is
quite satisfactory. The award that makes the spirit of the SSI Bulukumba team
with the management of 51 BNI ATMs covering the Bulukumba, Jeneponto, Bantaeng,
Sinjai and Selayar areas always maintains performance and will improve every
acceleration of problem handling for better results.
In
addition, the meeting also discussed the project to replace several ATMs into
CRM to support BNI Bulukumba customer service, hopefully the friendship and
performance of SSI Bulukumba so far can be a good assessment and become part of
the success of BNI Bulukumba Bank, Amen.
